Richard Pennystan - Vicar
Richard has been vicar of St Chad’s Romiley since October 2011, having moved here from London, following a clear call from God.
Richard’s longing is for St Chad’s to fulfil the four Dreams God has given us: That together we can grow in deeper maturity, experience more of God, see our community come to know Jesus and raise the next generation full of love and generosity. In his book ‘Awakening’ he shares the biblical foundations for his passion to see the Church move from hollow religion to heavenly relationship.
Richard is married to Nells and is father of four boys. Outside of church life, Richard loves cricket, cooking, reading and is fairly familiar with social media and networking! (you can follow him on twitter as @revrlp or read his blog here: https://romileyrichard.wordpress.com)
Will Drain - Curate

Will is committed to supporting the work of the four Dreams at St Chads whereby heavenly relationships overflow into Romiley and other local communities.
Will is married to Rachel and they have two children. Outside of church life, Will loves playing and recording music. Although lacking both skill and ability he also enjoys playing football and golf.
